Nearly weekend

Fri Oct 21, 2005, 3:16 AM
The leaves remaining on the trees rattle like skeleton fingers, a gaggle of geese like ghosts on the dike, light flows in puddles. This season doth affect my mood...

Works frantic, I came home yesterday at 9:30PM, left the client's office two hours earlier, but at least we finished what I was asked to finish. Today's a little more relaxed, as I can actually get to the internet from here. Not sure how long that will last, though ;)

Reading Kay's latest paper back. It really makes me realise why he's one of my favourite authors. I just love the richness of his language, rich like thick velvet, or a good wine. He also has a way to make sad things beautiful, creating a sense of melancholy unlike anything else.

I want to read...not work...

You seem to have a way with words yourself :D
I sympathize with your desire to read rather than work. I am addicted to reading ;)
